Oh my goodness! I just had to try this recipe as we do not use white flour & wheat pancakes just didn’t cut it but…..these are not only light they also have a great flavor. Thank you so much!

I have gone to using whole wheat flour for my baking needs. My pancakes fell flat time after time. Good taste, no fluff. My kids missed the the fluffy pancakes. And then I came across your recipe. Excellent taste and the FLUFFY!!! Kids are ecstatic, as am I. Thanks for an excellent recipe!
