Rice is good for filling the heating pad, still, I prefer oats which provide more long time heat and good for evenly heat therapy.

These hot pads to sew up for the body aches are a lot cuter than hot water bottles. I keep several heating pads as I get cold during the winter while I’m on the computer so I pop them into the microwave and put them on my shoulder and back or if I have shulder pain I use them and my husband also uses them, I would be lost without them.
